Two hot/cold packs for use treating sprains and other injuries. The packs remain at temperature for at least 1 hour and remain flexible even when cold. Cool by placing in the freezer for at least 10 minutes, or heat by placing in hot water (80°C+) for at least 10 minutes. It can also be microwaved at low power for 30 seconds.
